Check-in time for our apartments and rooms start at 2p.m. on the day of your arrival. If you plan on arriving after 6 p.m., we kindly ask that you let us know. On the day of departure we ask you to vacate the apartments by 10 a.m.

For a stay of less than 4 nights in one of our rooms (apartments excluded) we charge a short-stay surcharge per night:

• €15 for 1 night
• €10 for 2 nights
• €7 for 3 nights

For the apartments the following short-stay surcharge per night applies:

• €30 from 2 nights in the apartments Harmonie, Bergkristall, and Sonnengruß
• €20 from 2 nights in the apartments Granat, Lebensbaum, and Kraftquelle
• €20 from 3 nights in the apartments Harmonie, Bergkristall, and Sonnengruß
• €10 from 3 nights in the apartments Granat, Lebensbaum, and Kraftquelle

We grant our youngest guests a special discount if they sleep in the same room with their parents.

• • 0–2 years: €15 flat rate per day (including crib)
  • 3–9 years: 50%
  • 10–14 years: 20%

The following discounts for children apply for the apartments:

• 0–9 years: 20%

You are also welcome to take your dog with you on vacation in certain rooms. We ask for your understanding that we charge €10 per day and dog due to the increased cleaning effort.

Out of consideration for all hotel guests, smoking is not permitted in the hotel.

The following cancellation terms apply at the hin&weg:

• Up to 3 months before arrival you can cancel free of charge.
• From 3 months to 1 month before arrival we charge 40% of the cost of the booking.
• From 1 month to 1 week before arrival we charge a cancellation fee of 70% of the cost of the booking.
• In case of cancellation within the last week before arrival we charge 90% of the cost of the booking.
• In case of early departure, we charge 100% of the cost of the booking.

Deposits will not be refunded in case of cancellation.

Cancellations are only accepted in writing.

We would like to spare you the unnecessary cancellation fees and the associated hassle.
