The HochZillertal mountain station is located at 1,500 m (4,921 ft) above sea level. From there, the ski resort reaches up to 2,400 m (7,874 ft) above sea level and offers a large selection of amazing slopes at all levels of difficulty. Early risers can hit the slopes as early as 7:30 a.m. with the Early-Bird-Ticket.

The Zillertal Arena promises lots of skiing fun and action on numerous sunny slopes and dreamy side valleys. The 52 lifts take you to all altitudes so you can experience unique descents on the best natural snow.
10 minutes from hin&weg
As the name suggests, the third ski resort is located in tranquil Mayrhofen. Thrillseekers and hobby skiers alike will find perfect slopes here. The Penken offers exciting and fast-paced downhill runs, while the Ahorn features tranquil sunny slopes.

202 km (126 miles) of slopes, 65 lifts, perfectly groomed natural snow, and a captivating view of the breathtaking Zillertal mountain range. The definite highlight here is the beautiful panoramic valley run to Hintertux, called the Schwarze Pfanne (black pan).

Tobogganing through the Zillertal
Tobogganing is one of the few sports that you can enjoy without any prior knowledge or courses. Throughout the valley you will find exciting downhill slopes at different altitudes and with different track distances, but always with a wonderful view of the surrounding nature.

To enjoy this downhill slope, you can comfortably take the 10-seater gondola lift to the top station. You can rent a toboggan for the 5.5 km (3.4 miles) long downhill adventure. Don’t forget to enjoy the view.
At 7 km (4 miles) the toboggan run on the Hainzenberg is the longest in the Zillertal. With the Gerlossteinbahn you can easily reach the top station and enjoy the exciting descent from there.

Hear the snow crunching under your feet and feel the sun’s rays on your face.

This route takes you through the picturesque villages of the Zillertal valley, surrounded by nature in its purest form. The easy hike takes about 2:15 hours and covers a distance of 9.2 km (5.7 miles).
The perfect choice for people who want to go higher is the Alpinsteig trail, which starts at the panorama restaurant Albergo. The route leads over countless high points to the summit cross of the Wimbachkopf (2,422 m / 7,946 ft) and offers a spectacular panoramic view.
The panoramic tour to the Granatalm gourmet restaurant is the absolute highlight among the winter hikes. The Penken cable car takes you up to the mountain station. From there the panorama trail leads you to the Granatalm. The hike takes about one hour.
